Oddjoy collects only the information needed to run the store, process orders, and prepare custom prints.
Information we use
When you place an order, Shopify and Oddjoy may receive the details needed to process and fulfill it, including your name, contact details, delivery address, order details, and payment status.
Custom photo uploads
If you upload a photo, we use it only to prepare the print connected to your order. Uploaded files may be stored through Shopify or related order systems so the order can be fulfilled.
Payments
Payments are handled through Shopify checkout and its payment providers. Oddjoy does not store full card details on this website.
Data requests
For questions about your order data or uploaded photo, write to hello@oddjoy.com. We will review reasonable removal requests after the order has been fulfilled.
