Where we deliver

Oddjoy currently delivers only within the United Arab Emirates. Orders with delivery addresses outside the UAE are not supported and may be cancelled and refunded.

The customer must provide a complete UAE delivery address and a reachable telephone number. Incorrect or incomplete details may delay delivery.

Free UAE delivery

Standard delivery throughout the UAE is free and is included in the displayed product price. No separate standard-delivery fee is added during checkout.

Oddjoy does not request an undisclosed delivery or logistics charge after payment.

Delivery timing

UAE delivery is expected within 3 working days. A working day is a day on which Oddjoy and the delivery partner are operating, excluding UAE public holidays.

Custom-photo orders are prepared before dispatch. If an exceptional production, address, or courier issue may delay dispatch or delivery, Oddjoy will contact the customer using the checkout details.

Tracking and delivery partner

Last-mile delivery is handled through Quiqup. Tracking information is provided after the order is dispatched.

For an address correction or delivery issue, contact hi@oddjoy.store or +971 55 150 9430 as soon as possible and include the order number. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.
