Returns
Oddjoy is a small-batch object brand, so returns are handled carefully and case by case.
Return eligibility
Returns are accepted only when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. The frame must be unused and returned with its original packaging where possible.
Custom photo prints
Custom photo prints are final sale once ordered because they are prepared specifically for the customer. If the frame itself arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we will review the issue.
How to report an issue
Email hello@oddjoy.com with your order details, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Refunds or replacements
If the issue is approved, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the case and product availability.
